On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, pursuant to section 10 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act, the Minister of Health wishes to establish a Patient and Family Advisory Council (“Council”) to be comprised of no more than sixteen members, including a Chair;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and section 10 of the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Act,

    1. The member designated by the Minister of Health as the Chair shall be compensated at the rate of $350 per diem to a maximum of 200 days per year.
    2. The other members shall be compensated at the rate of $150 per diem to a maximum of 30 days per year.
  2. Members shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Council in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other directives of Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet

And further that Order in Council O.C. 369/2019 dated March 7, 2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
