Order in Council 1390/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 108/2018;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 109/2018;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 110/2018;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 111/2018;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years, effective January 24, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 112/2018;

And whereas Dawn Kershaw tendered her resignation effective September 21, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, subsection 16(2) of the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Orders in Council O.C. 108/2018, 109/2018, 110/2018, 111/2018 and 112/2018 be revoked effective September 21, 2019.
