Order in Council 141/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Huntsville Forest Products Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of Ontario (the “Company”), desires to continue to operate a forest resource processing facility in Huntsville, Ontario (the “Facility”);

And whereas the supply agreement numbered 536223 currently held by the Company was approved by Order in Council 1383/2002 and amended by Order in Council 334/2004 (the “Supply Agreement”);

And whereas the Supply Agreement requires the approval of the Lieutenant Governor in Council in order for the Minister of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry (the “Minister”) to renew the Supply Agreement for an additional five years;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 11.1 of the Supply Agreement, the Minister is hereby given approval to renew the Supply Agreement with the Company for a supply of Crown forest resources, being an annual target volume of 62,858 cubic metres, to be made available to the Company for use at the Facility.
