Order in Council 1413/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, Carrie Hardy of Ajax be appointed as full-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Carrie Hardy was appointed as part-time member of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective May 31, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 688/2021;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 688/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
