Order in Council 1415/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Margaret Reynolds was reappointed a full-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective April 26, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 584/2016;

And whereas Margaret Reynolds was appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of two years, by Order in Council O.C. 1413/2016 dated October 5, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, Margaret Reynolds of North Bay be reappointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a period effective the date of this Order in Council and ending April 25, 2018.

Further, O.C. 584/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.

And further, O.C. 1017/2016 be revoked effective June 22, 2016.
