Order in Council 1421/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jesse Boyce was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 12, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 1319/2022;

And whereas Jesse Boyce was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective February 21, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 67/2023;

And whereas Jesse Boyce tendered his resignation effective August 21, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Orders in Council O.C. 1319/2022 and 67/2023 be revoked effective August 21, 2023.
