Order in Council 1435/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas pursuant to the Liquor Control Act (the “LCA”), the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the “LCBO”) requires the Lieutenant Governor in Council’s approval to purchase such land and buildings as are necessary for the purposes of the LCBO;

now therefore:

Pursuant to section 3(1) of the LCA, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves the purchase by the LCBO of the land and premises situate, lying and being in the City of St. Catharines, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, with the municipal address of 7 Merigold St., and legally described as pt lt1856 cp pl2 grantham as in r0652309; St. Catharines, with the Property Identification Number 46179-0131,).
