Order in Council 1447/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 (1) of the Coroners Act, as amended, Dr. David Andrew Cameron, a Coroner for Ontario, be appointed as Regional Coroner of Operations for Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective January 7, 2019;

and that Order in Council numbered O.C. 697/2009, dated April 29, 2009, be revoked effective December 19, 2018;

and that Orders in Council numbered O.C. 60/2015, dated January 14, 2015, and O.C. 350/2015, dated March 25, 2015, be revoked effective January 7, 2019.
