Order in Council 1448/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to section 39 of the Public Lands Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.43,

approval be, and is hereby given to Michael Anthony Sobchuk, a Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry employee, and Charlene Elaine Chartier, a non-Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry employee, as joint tenants, to acquire a right, title or interest in public lands described as Part of Location CL 17131, being part of Unsurveyed Territory, in front of Lot 1, Registered Plan SM-293, Territorial District of Rainy River, containing  0.129 hectares, more or less, Designated as Part 1, on Reference Plan 48R-4366.
