On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1) and 7(2) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006, that the appointment of Robert Devitt of Toronto to the Boards set out in column 1 of the table below made under the Orders in Council set out in column 2 of the table below be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made:
