Order in Council 1472/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Maureen Carter-Whitney was reappointed a part-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of five years, effective May 4, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 189/2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Maureen Carter-Whitney of Toronto be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further, Order in Council O.C. 189/2016 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
