And whereas Supply Ontario requires a corporate credit card for operational purposes;

And whereas pursuant to section 28 of the Financial Administration Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F. 12, as amended, the Minister of Finance has approved the borrowing from a financial institution through a corporate credit card program subject to the terms and conditions attached thereto;

And whereas it is considered desirable to authorize Supply Ontario to borrow money from the Bank of Montreal through a corporate credit card program;

Now therefore pursuant to paragraph 2 of subsection 4(3) of Ontario Regulation 612/20 under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019, approval is hereby given to Supply Ontario to borrow money from the Bank of Montreal through a corporate credit card program for operational purposes, subject to any terms and conditions stipulated by the Minister of Finance in respect of the terms and conditions of the corporate credit card program, to an aggregate transaction amount not to exceed one million dollars in lawful money of Canada outstanding at any one time.
