Order in Council 1491/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais was appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1490/2021 dated November 4, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a fixed term of two-years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
