Order in Council 1495/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nathalie Fortier was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board and a full-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Special Education (French) Tribunal, all for a term of three years, effective July 26, 2015, by Orders in Council O.C. 575/2015, 576/2015, 578/2015 and 579/2015, respectively;

And whereas Nathalie Fortier tendered her resignation effective July 31, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsections 207(2) and 96(2) of the Child and Family Services Act, subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act, Orders in Council O.C. 575/2015, 576/2015, 578/2015 and 579/2015 be revoked effective July 31, 2016.
