Order in Council 1495/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6(7) of Ontario Regulation 612/20, Centralized Supply Chain Ontario, made under the Supply Chain Management Act (Government, Broader Public Sector and Health Sector Entities), 2019:

1.  
   1. The Chair of the board of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $30,000 a year plus an additional $500 per diem up to a yearly combined maximum of $100,000;
   2. The Vice-Chair of the board of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $10,000 a year plus an additional $400 per diem to a yearly combined maximum of $66,000; and
   3. The other members of the board of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario shall be compensated at the rate of $5,000 a year plus an additional $300 per diem to a yearly combined maximum of $42,000.
2. Per diems will be administered in accordance with the Agencies and Appointments Directive.
3. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of Centralized Supply Chain Ontario in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.
