Order in Council 1508/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(4) of the Securities Act,

d. grant vingoe, of Toronto, Ontario

is reappointed as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission for a term not exceeding two (2) years effective on August 12, 2017; and

pursuant to subsection 3(5) of the Securities Act, D. Grant Vingoe is designated as Vice-Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Commission; and

pursuant to subsection 3.6(6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Services Pension Plan set out in Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act, D. Grant Vingoe is, for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
