Order in Council 1520/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Jeanie Theoharis of Mississauga be appointed as part-time member and Associate Chair of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Jeanie Theoharis was reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term of two years, effective August 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 1185/2019;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1185/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
