Order in Council 1535/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996,

Whereas Abirami Jeyaratnam of Toronto, who was reappointed by O.C. 1933/2017 as a director of the board of the Education Quality and Accountability Office, has resigned from such position;

Now therefore Order in Council 1933/2017 be revoked effective May 13, 2020.
