Order in Council 1563/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered 2127/2017, dated the 1^st day of November, 2017, Siegfried (Sig) Walter was appointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years effective from November 1^st, 2017;

And whereas Siegfried (Sig) Walter has agreed to be reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.15, as amended, Siegfried (Sig) Walter is hereby reappointed as the Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of three years, effective from November 1^st, 2019.
