Order in Council 1565/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Mary-Anne Sills of Belleville be appointed as full-time member and Vice Chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further, whereas Mary-Anne Sills was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term ending December 31, 2019 by Order in Council O.C. 619/2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, Order in Council O.C. 619/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
