Order in Council 1565/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas David Ross of Mississauga was appointed as a member of the Education Relations Commission by Order in Council O.C. 1181/2022, effective August 29, 2022, for a period not exceeding three years,

And whereas subsection 50(3) of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014 provides the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall designate a chair and a vice-chair from among the members of the Education Relations Commission,

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 50(3) of said Act,

David Ross of Mississauga

be designated as vice-chair of the Education Relations Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
