Order in Council 1569/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marie Hubbard was reappointed as full-time member and chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal by Order in Council 1536/2021 dated November 18, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, and despite Order in Council O.C. 1155/2021, Marie Hubbard be paid an annual remuneration of $200,780 during the term of her appointment.

Further, Marie Hubbard shall be eligible for benefits, including vacation, comparable to the benefit entitlements of OPS executives in the Senior Management Group and be entitled to elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan.

And further, Marie Hubbard shall be reimbursed for reasonable work-related expenses while engaged in the business of the Ontario Land Tribunal in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
