Order in Council 1583/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the City of Markham (Geographic Township of Markham), Regional Municipality of York, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being:

1. part of Block 9 and part of Block 26 (0.30 Reserve), Plan M-2029, shown as Parts 6 to 34 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York as Plan 65R-36152 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5025-0175);
2. part of Block 22 (Reserve), Plan 65M-2326, shown as Parts 36 and 37 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York as Plan 65R-36152 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5025-0175); and
3. part of Lots 10 and 11, Concession 3 and part of the Road Allowance between Lots 10 and 11, Concession 3 (Geographic Township of Markham), shown as Part 35 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of York as Plan 65R-36152 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-5025-0175)

be designated as a controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
