Order in Council 1584/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Greenock, Municipality of Brockton, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being part of Lots A and 1, Concession 1 North of Durham Road, shown as Parts 8 and 10 on a plan of survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Bruce as Plan 3R-10097 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2024-11), be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50, as amended; and
2. Order in Council OC-554/74 dated 27^th February 1974, designating the above mentioned highway as the King’s Highway be amended so as to cease to apply to that portion of highway shown as Parts 8 and 10 on Plan 3R-10097 (Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2024-11).
