Order in Council 1585/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The Minister of the Environment and Climate Change establish three director positions for a proposed climate change adaptation corporation and appoint, by letter, three persons to those positions.  Once appointed, the three directors will apply for Letters Patent under the Corporations Act, R.S.O. 1990 c.C.38 to establish the corporation.
