Order in Council 1587/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The designation as a controlled-access highway of a portion of highway in the Town of Grimsby, in the Regional Municipality of Niagara, described in Schedule 22 to Ontario Regulation 395, R.R.O. 1970, Plan 915 (MTO Plan P-2114-146), be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2114-0502, filed with Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 1st day of May 2019.
