Order in Council 1588/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The designation as a controlled-access highway of a portion of highway in the City of Hamilton, in the Geographic Township of Saltfleet, described in Schedule 21 to Ontario Regulation 395, R.R.O. 1970, Plan 1808 MISC (MTO Plan P-2113-331), be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2113-0739, filed with Geomatics Section, Central Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on the 16th day of April 2019.
