Order in Council 1589/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. The portions of highway, in the Geographic Township of Trafalgar, now in the Town of Oakville, Regional Municipality of Halton, Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 3, 5, 6 and 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1939-0501, filed with Geomatics Section, Central Region at Toronto on the 15th day of February, 2019, be designated as a controlled-access highway, pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
2. The designation as a controlled-access highway described in Schedule 14 to Regulation 395, R.R.O. 1970 (P-1939-138) be amended so as to cease to apply within the limits of Parts 2, 4 and 8 on the above said Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1939-0501.
