Order in Council 1590/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portions of proposed highway in the geographic township of Creighton-Davies, City of Greater Sudbury, in the District of Sudbury, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-7278-19;
2. the portions of proposed highway in the geographic township of Balfour, City of Greater Sudbury, in the District of Sudbury, shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2501-82; and
3. the portions of proposed highway in the geographic township of Dowling, City of Greater Sudbury, in the District of Sudbury, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Ministry Plan P-2168-103,

all filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on July 18, 2019, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
