Order in Council 159/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marc Laroche was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective April 11, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 682/2018;

And whereas Marc Laroche was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years, effective April 11, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 683/2018;

And whereas Marc Laroche tendered his resignation effective November 20, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006, subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act, Orders in Council O.C. 682/2018 and 683/2018 be revoked effective November 20, 2018.
