On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Tudor, now in the Township of Tudor and Cashel, in the County of Hastings, in the Province of Ontario, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, as shown on the following Reference Plans deposited and Crown Land Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry/Land Titles Division of Hastings (No 21) being,

  1. Part of Lot 16, Concession 18 shown as Parts 2 and 3 on Plan 21R-22240 (Ministry Plan P-2309-47);
  2. Part of Lot 16, Concession 18 shown as Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan 21R-22832 (Ministry Plan P-2309-48); and
  3. Part of the Bed of Beaver Creek passing through Lot 16, Concession 18 shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Crown Land Plan HT62917 (Ministry Plan P-2309-49),

be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
