Order in Council 1594/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Minto, Town of Minto, County of Wellington, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, being

part of the Road Allowance between Lots 20 and 21, Concession 14, and part of the west half of Lot 20, Concession 14, shown as Parts 6 and 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-4049-30, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Wellington as Plan 60R-1095, be:

designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50, as amended.
