Order in Council 1596/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Township of Satterly, in the District of Kenora, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as;

1. Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2978-6 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13^th day of August 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50, as amended, and
2. Parts 2 and 3 on Ministry Plan P-2978-6 filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 13^th day of August 2019, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended.
