Order in Council 1598/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway, in the Town of New Tecumseth (Geographic Township of Tecumseth), County of Simcoe, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, on  Ministry of Transportation Plan P-1838-0123, being a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Simcoe as Plan 51R-40270, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to Section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50, as amended.
