Order in Council 1599/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway in the Geographic Township of Sophiasburgh, in the County of Prince Edward, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as Part 1 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2805-55, being an Assumption Plan registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Title Division of Prince Edward as Plan EC26634, be designated as King’s Highway, pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
