Order in Council 1600/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the geographic township of Caldwell, in the Municipality of West Nipissing, District of Nipissing, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 2 on Reference Plan 36R-13773 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Nipissing (MTO Plan P-7263-13), be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 50 as amended.
