Order in Council 1601/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of proposed highway in the Township of Bonefield, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2301-90;
2. the portion of proposed highway in the Township of Calvin, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2186-69; and
3. the portion of proposed highway in the geographic township of Papineau, now in the Township of Papineau-Cameron, in the District of Nipissing, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2108-97

being plans filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on the 30^th day of December, 2019, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
