Order in Council 1602/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the geographic township of Martland, in the Municipality of French River, District of Sudbury, shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2370-56, being a Designation Plan of a Proposed Highway filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay January 8, 2020, be designated as the King’s Highway pursuant to section 7 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
