Order in Council 1603/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

1. the portion of proposed highway in the geographic township of Morrison, Town of Gravenhurst, in the District of Muskoka, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Ministry Plan P-1753-224, filed in the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on May 29, 2019, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended; and
2. the designation as a controlled-access highway by order in council 1861/85, effective July 25, 1985 and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Muskoka as 192974(RO) and registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Muskoka as 125315(LT), shown on Ministry Plan P-1753-158, be revoked.
