Order in Council 1604/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of proposed highway in the geographic township of Orillia (Northern Division), in the Township of Severn, County of Simcoe, shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-1767-209, filed in the Record Services Unit, Central Region of the Ministry of Transportation at Toronto on June 3rd, 2019, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
