Order in Council 1624/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, Michelle Garraway of Oshawa be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
