Order in Council 1670/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 786/2021, dated the 10th day of June 2021, Tim Beckett was appointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario effective for a period ending on November 12, 2021;

And whereas Tim Beckett has agreed to be reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to section 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, as amended, Tim Beckett is hereby reappointed as the Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective the date this order in council is made, for a period not exceeding one year from the effective date of this reappointment.
