Order in Council 1716/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 659/2019 Peter Deeb was appointed as a member of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (the "Corporation") at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1868/2019, Peter Deeb was designated as Chair of the Corporation;

Pursuant to subsections 2(2) and 5(2) of the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation Act, 1999;

Peter Deeb of Toronto, Ontario

be re-designated as Chair of the Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, until no later than May 1, 2022, with effect on the earlier of December 7, 2020 or the date of this Order.
