Order in Council 1718/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Fern Sager, Toronto

is appointed a part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years starting on the “Approved and Ordered” date below.
