Order in Council 1733/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 147 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, as amended,

1.  
   1. The Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $744 per diem;
   2. The Vice Chairs of the Ontario of the Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $583 per diem; and
   3. The other members of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission shall be compensated at the rate of $472 per diem.
2. Appointees shall be reimbursed for work-related expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Ontario Police Arbitration and Adjudication Commission in accordance with the Travel, Meal and Hospitality Expenses Directive and any other TB/MBC directives.

Now therefore this Order shall be effective the date this Order in Council is made.
