Order in Council 1760/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1306/2022 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Richard Dicerni as part-time member and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Energy Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of October 1, 2022;

And whereas Richard Dicerni resigned from such positions, effective July 31, 2023;

Now therefore pursuant to subsections 4.1(2), 4.1(5) and 4.1(8) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, Order-in-Council 1306/2022 is hereby revoked, effective as of July 31, 2023.
