Order in Council 1764/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Compensation for Victims of Crime Act, Louise Charette of L’Orignal be reappointed as part-time member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board for a fixed term of two years, effective February 28, 2020.
