Order in Council 1766/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995, Sonia Jodoin of Lyn be appointed as part-time member and designated as Chair of the Office for Victims of Crime for a fixed term of three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
