Order in Council 1766/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The portion of highway, in the City of Belleville, in the Geographic Township of Thurlow, in the County of Hastings, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 15 on a Reference Plan deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Hastings as Plan 21R-21525 (MTO Plan P-2563-59), be closed, pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O., 1990, Chapter P.50 as amended.
