On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

  1. The portion of highway in the Geographic Townships of Errington and Ashmore, Municipality of Greenstone, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan 55R-15013 (Ministry Plan P-2631-11), be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended;
  2. The portion of highway, in the Geographic Township of Ashmore, Municipality of Greenstone, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as Part 1 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Plan 55R-15016 (Ministry Plan P-2637-28), be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.50 as amended;
  3. Order in Council OC-612/86 dated March 6th of 1986, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument LT210358P (Ministry Plan P-2631-9), designating a portion of the above-mentioned highway as a controlled-access highway be amended so as to cease to apply to the portion of highway shown as Part 1, on Ministry Plan P-2631-11 deposited as described in section 1 above;
  4. Order in Council OC-2106/85 dated August 29th of 1985, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument LT205828P (Ministry Plan P-2637-22), designating a portion of the above-mentioned highway as a controlled-access highway be amended so as to cease to apply to the portions of highway shown as Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2637-28 deposited as described in section 2 above;
  5. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Errington, Municipality of Greenstone, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2631-15, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 12th day of September 2023, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended;
  6. The portions of highway in the Geographic Township of Ashmore, Municipality of Greenstone, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation and shown as Parts 1 and 2 on Ministry Plan P-2637-31, filed with the Record Service Unit, Northwest Region, Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 12th day of September 2023, be designated as a controlled-access highway pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended; and
  7. Order In Council Number O.C. 424/2023 dated April 5, 2023, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay as Instrument TY334311 (Ministry Plans P-2637-27, P-2631-10), designating the above-mentioned portions of highways as a controlled-access highway be revoked pursuant to section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P. 50 as amended.
